Seasons Glamour is registered in Singapore, ARCA 53332158A. We endeavor to provide best flowers and services to our customers. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Your trust in our service is the foundation of our business.
Here are some guidelines to help you, before you entrust an order with us:
All prices (flowers, related goods, delivery, etc) listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Our available delivery date is showed as the online calendar when you proceed with payment. For urgent and specific requirement of deliveries, please call us to check.
Delivery is done by us and our trusted external courier company.
We have surcharge for non-ordinary timeslot delivery. The surcharge varies on delivery address.
Should your delivery destination to be any of the restricted areas below, a surcharge of $30 is applicable:
Receiving, Re-direction or Re-delivery
Please ensure that the recipient or a representative is available in the address provided and time frame selected for delivery. Please also ensure that the address and contact numbers are accurate.
If at the time of delivery, no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, or the address is inaccurate, the courier will call the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions. If both the sender and recipient cannot be contacted via phone within 15 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the flowers will be left at a reception/ front desk, or at the door. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. Kindly note that we also may not be able to produce an authorized signature as proof of delivery, if it is not received directly by the intended recipient.
Should any party (sender or recipient) request for a re-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot (within the next 24 hours), it will only be scheduled upon payment of a $30 re-direction fee by either party.
Our products and services are subject to availability. When substitution is needed, we will use same or higher value flowers.
We use only the freshest of flowers and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal availability and flower quality.
When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the ‘look and feel’ of the arrangement will be maintained, paying special attention to overall shape, size, style and colour combination.
Cancellations and Refund
As all our work is made-to-order, we cannot offer a refund on your purchases if you change your mind.
However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please give us notice 2 full working days in advance of the original delivery date. We can’t guarantee any postpone delivery, but we will try our best to work out a solution.
If there is a quality issue or if you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately with images of the item, so that we can offer you a resolution as efficiently as possible.
We reserve the right to reject your order and refund your payment where is needed, in the events caused by force majeure or ad hoc operational issue.
We use PayPal to process your payments. You will be directed to PayPal website where you enter your credit/debit card for authentication through secured connection ensured by PayPal. Please note that we don’t take responsibility in failed payment caused by your unsafe internet browser or computer/mobile environment or PayPal website malfunction.
We also accept bank transfer for payment. We have no intention to use any of your bank account information other than completing transaction.
We do not keep your private and confidential information at any point in time.
Intellectual Property Rights
The copyright, design rights, trade marks (whether registered or not), patents (whether registered or not) and any and all other intellectual property rights including the software, source code contained on this website, including without limitation any designs comprising the products or any part of them, the designs, text, graphics, logos and images are the property of Seasons Glamour or its licensors and you have no rights, title or interest in the Intellectual Property Rights.
During your transaction or potential transaction with Seasons Glamour, via online or offline, we will be receiving your personal information.
All data is collected by lawful and fair means and with the knowledge and consent of customers. Customers’ consent will be sought if information is to be used for purposes other than completing sales transactions, internal marketing & billing, either by Seasons Glamour or any Third Party working with us in any business collaborations.
We respect our customers’ privacy preference. If you prefer not to receive any marketing contacts for future marketing by Seasons Glamour or any third party, we will remove you from our marketing database.
Use of “Cookies”
We would like to stress that information will not be shared with other parties for any commercial reasons other than normal order fulfillment and confidential site activity or sales tracking.
